Kumaika Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kumaika. We are committed to delivering your favorite ethnic wear and fashion essentials as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Charges: We provide Free Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours.

    • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Inside Kerala: 2–3 business days.

    • Outside Kerala: 5–7 business days.

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping Fees & Calculation: International shipping is available with charges calculated during the checkout process or communicated post-purchase.

  • Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery window is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country. This estimate does not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, which are outside of our jurisdiction. 

  • Import Responsibilities: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, GST, or import taxes are to be borne solely by the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation via Email/SMS/Whatsapp containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Important Considerations

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details. If a package is returned to Kumaika due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, lockdowns, or adverse weather conditions.
